 It's a tasty healthy homemade simple millet halwa Ingredients  Finger millet flour (Ragi) - 200g Wheat flour - 100g Powdered sugar - 350g Ghee - 300g Cashew nut - 50g Water - as required Procedure   1. Fry small millet flour and wheat flour with half the amount of ghee 2. Add fried flour to the boiled milk and water with continues stirring to avoid lumps 3. When it solidifies, add sugar, ghee and cook to the required consistency 4. Add roasted cashew nuts and raisins when the solid mass leaves the side of the pan 5. Tapioca cutlet (kappa cutlet)

 Tapioca cutlet is a tasty cutlet for vegetarians.  Ingredients  Boiled mashed tapioca pieces - 200g Oil - 1tbps Onion (finely sliced) - 1 Ginger (finely chopped) - 1/2 inch piece Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Curry leaves - 1 spring Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 12 tsp ( or to taste) Maida( all purpose flour) - 2 tbsp Bread crumbs - 50g Oil- 100ml ( to fry) Method   1. Mix 2tbsp maida in 1/4 cup water and make a smooth paste and keep a side 2. Heat oil in a pan and add finely sliced onion and fry till golden in colour and fragrant 3. Add chopped ginger and curry leaves and mix well 4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or till the row smell goes 5. Grape wine is a oldest fermented alcoholic beverage. It contains 8 - 10% alcohol Ingredients  Grape - 1kg (Thompson seedless, beauty seedless, Arka shyam, Pusa Navrang, Black Muscat are the varieties suitable for grape wine) Luke warm water - 1L Sugar - 1kg Starter solution (5gyeast+10gsugar +50ml water )  Potassium metabisulphate - 150mg Wheat - handful Clay pot, weighing balance Procedures  1. Select ripe fresh and good quality grapes with high TSS(total soluble solids) 2. Remove the fruit stalk to avoid astrigency(fruit stalk contains phenol) 3. Crush the berries to produce must 4. Squash is diluted before serving(1:3) Squash  Passion fruit pulp - 250 ml Sugar - 400g Water - 350ml Sodium benzoate - 0.72g (or) KMS( Potassium metabisulphate) - 0.63g Citric acid - 8.75g (based on acidity) Procedure 1.
