Ragi Halwa😋😋


 It's a tasty healthy homemade simple millet halwa

Ingredients 

Finger millet flour (Ragi) - 200g

Wheat flour - 100g

Powdered sugar - 350g

Ghee - 300g

Cashew nut - 50g

Water - as required

Procedure  

1. Fry small millet flour and wheat flour with half the amount of ghee

2. Add fried flour to the boiled milk and water with continues stirring to avoid lumps

3. When it solidifies, add sugar, ghee and cook to the required consistency

4. Add roasted cashew nuts and raisins when the solid mass leaves the side of the pan

5. Spread on a greased tray and cut into pieces
